SOLD 31 Boxwood and Lignum Lead Workers Tools
A collection of 31 lead workers tools made from mainly boxwood. Collection includes:
5 x chase wedges with steel hoops,
2 x turnpins (largest has a 98mm (3 7/8") diameter,
4 x bossing sticks,
3 x bending sticks,
1 x setting in stick,
1 x small dresser (beech),
13 x bobbins (largest diameter 95mm (3 3/4"), one of the bobbins has a number of treated worm holes,
1 x bossing mallet,
1 x bamboo handled tool with a weighty lead head.
A few of these old tools have some shrinkage cracks plus users name stamps. A nice collection of lead workers tools made from mainly boxwood.

Record and Marples Corner Cramps
Two corner cramps the largest is a Marples no 6808 “Junior” combined mitre cutter and corner cramp, comes complete with Marples box and instructions.
The second cramp is a Record no 140 corner cramp complete with its Record box. Both woodworking cramps have seen very little use.

SOLD Boxwood Drawbore Pins
Two boxwood handled drawbore pins, the largest appears to be marked W.Marples & Son, their s a crack that runs the whole of the handle which has been filled by the previous user.
Overall length: 415mm (16 3/8").
The second drawbore pin has a small piece splitting out from the end of the handle.
Overall length: 398mm (15 11/16").
Both tools have previous users name stamps and staining to the blades.

SOLD Record Corner Cramp no 141
A fine corner cramp no 141, made in Sheffield England by Record Ridgway Tools Ltd. Jaws open to roughly 4 1/2" wide. This corner cramp is in excellent condition, appears unused still maintaining the Record trade label, comes complete with the original box (box is a little flimsy with a couple of tares).
