A dovetailed panel plane with rosewood infills by Spiers Ayr.
Good length cutting iron marked Alex Mathieson & Son Warranted
Cast steel, has some pitting to blade. Plane iron caps marked Thos
Ibbotson & CO Sheffield. The lever caps marked Spiers Ayr. Overall
this Spiers panel plane measures 13 1/2" long . The body has
very small amounts of small patches of pitting / staining. Infills
have previous users name

This plane is in a G+ condition though because of the replacement
