SOLD Stanley 4 1/2 Smoothing Plane

An early low knob Stanley 4 1/2 smoothing plane with rosewood handles, type 9, 1902-1907
The plane has markings in casting, PAT’D, MAR 25-02, AUG 19-02, the blade is a Stanley England blade with approx 1 3/4” (45mm) of blade remaining. Body has been re-enamelled by the previous user. Outer body is marked with some light pitting and scratches/dents.
