A craftsman made double side rebate plane with steel base and mahogany body, has previous owners name stamped on ends, base plate in two sections, with the front section being set up approx one 32nd (0.5mm). Some scratches to base running along length of plane and edge worn in two places.

4 beading planes by D. Malloch, of Perth, one plane being very wide at 1 ¼” (32mm).
1 ¼” (32mm) has shrinkage cracks to front and rear, box infill has slight rounding at front.
Two ½” (13mm) planes, one has some minor wear to front edge, one has Sorby iron the other Ward iron.
A ¼” (6mm) plane marked “D. Malloch & son, Perth” and also a retailers stamp  “McPherson Bros, 156 Argyle Street and 134 Trongate” plus and eagle logo, blade marked Malloch. The plane has shrinkage crack to front and rear.
All of the planes have previous owners names and dents and nicks which you would expect with planes of this age.

A 28” beech transitional woodworking plane marked to nose of the plane Stanley Rule & Level Co No. 33. Retains a good length plane iron marked Stanley Rule & Level Co to front and the rears marked Stanley PAT AP’L 19.92. Blade cover’s marked L.Bailey’s Patent Dec 24.18.67. The sole of this Stanley woodworking plane has had a new base pinned to it. Cast iron body maintains an estimated 70% of its black japanning.

Rear handle has been replaced with a smaller handle that has a large piece missing off the top of the handle. Body has two drill holes to one side.

A half set of 18 hollow and rounds includes 17 planes marked C.Nurse Mill Street Maidstone Invicta and one plane that is unnamed (no 14 hollow). Collection includes even pairs: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18. These planes are marked with the previous users name stamps, these planes are marked with some denting. The number 18 hollow has a piece missing to the underside. The number 2 and 4 round are marked with a number of pins holes.
