An old very scarce brass bullnose plane similar to an Edward Preston 1347 Bullnose rabbet plane.
Not a plane we've seen before. Possibly an Edward Preston prototype plane.
The cutter is a William Marples plane iron. The cutter doesn't quite span the full width of the plane.
