An old shoulder plane with what looks to be a Rosewood infill and wedge.
This wide shoulder plane has a blade width of 1 1/2" (38mm) approx.
The plane is fitted with a nice 'H.Slater, 17 Wynatt St, Goswell Road, London' cutter (the cutter has very little life in it).
Blade width: 38mm
Condition: rear of plane has a number of dents, the rear has a partial crack, body is marked with some speckling of minor pitting / staining, the cutter has very little life in it, please see photos for condition
