An old Thos Ibbotson saw.
The blade on this Victorian saw retains the makers etching 'Thos Ibbotson & Co, Makers, Sheffield, Cast Steel'.
We believe this saw dates to around 1870.
This old saw has a Beech handle with a good old brass medallion 'Warranted Superior'.

Condition: the blade has aged black staining/minor pitting and a few patches of heavier pitting, the blade is straight, all teeth present, probably would benefit from a sharpen, please see photos for condition.
